Apple Cider Vinegar

I recently discovered the healing powers of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Suffering from an acute gum infection I googled for a home remedy cure: brushing with Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) and then rinsing with Apple Cider Vinegar (diluted with water), also a few sights recommended drinking Apple Cider. I truly testify that this remedy works, my gum infection is completely healed. Another remedy that works is a drop of tea tree oil on your toothpaste and brushing with this.

I found that Apple Cider has other benefits too......

IBS.
I have IBS, so I often have bloatedness and constipation and every now and then, I suffer from intestinal spasms. I discovered that Apple Cider is beneficial for these symptoms too. Some recommend drinking apple cider (tbsp apple cider with a cup of water) in the morning on an empty stomach and some after breakfast. On a empty stomach I find that it burns my stomach a bit, so I prefer drinking it after a meal. anyhow, its worth giving it a try.
