A Queen: a lady of power and authority. 

She sits with her right side towards us with sword in hand: a symbol of strength, and of intellect. 

Our thoughts are our Swords, we create our Empires with our Thoughts -- so, at what ever position you are in your life right now, hold your thoughts in your hand, and know what you thinking! -- Positive affirmations helps us to keep our thoughts on tract, and thus, help create a wonderful outcome to our situations.
