Six of Swords - my interpretation
Water = emotion
Pale blue = inspires creativity and freedom to break free.
Swords = mental, of the mind, thought
Orange = Stimulates mental activity, offers new ideas
#6 = Don't worry / obsess about material items, also it represents the center of the mind - thinking plane; can be expressed in harmony or be destructive.
Grey sky = calmness
Travelling overseas, going somewhere; You as the rower, you are doing the work, you going.
the mother with lowered head is your mature side, you are going with a heaviness - a lot on your mind (6 swords). The child: your inner child on a journey of discovery, the child looks around in excitement, he is a ginger-child, expressing enthusiasm and adventurous.
The journey you are embarking is for your inner child, even though you are going with a heaviness and with a lot on your mind, you are rowing the boat and able to do this journey.

Go For a Massage 👐
I'm an adept Massage Therapist with a
profound ability to feel the connection between body and mind. I developed my qualities when I read Louise Hay's book "How to heal your Life". It became clear to me how strong our mind body connection really is; our minds affects our bodies.
I am able to connect with my client's thoughts, merely by seeing and feeling their body's uneasiness.
Severe tension tells me my client is experiencing negative thought patterns, has a high stress level and resistant.
Clients that fall asleep, indicate well being, they are in a place of ease and of allowing-ness / less-resistance.

Massage is a method of helping to release tension, to Let Go, more than just releasing tension in stiff muscles. Every cell and atom in your body is a vibration of love; alive and functioning according to its purpose (they are thriving). When you receive a massage from someone you trust, your cells and atoms accelerates and vibrates at their optimum. It's our natural state to feel love and be of love, so a massage from a loved one or a massage therapist you trust, has profound healing qualities spiritually, mentally and physically.
We are resistant when we are in a web of negative thoughts. it is so entrapping that when we think about letting go, we fear failure and vulnerability. Our bodies react to this unbalanced e-motion (energy in motion) and becomes stiff, inflexible; resulting in many dis-eases. e.g arthritis
We deserve to feel good, our bodies deserve our love. Traditions of monks and yogis express the importance body care.
There are so many technicalities about massage, but like Abraham Hicks says "Be Easy about it".
Extracts from Getting into the Vortex about our physical state.
"Any illness, or departure from physical well-being, begins at a cellular level - but the overwhelming propensity of your cells is that of thriving. All day, every day, your cells are reclaiming balance at such refined and subtle levels that most people are completely unaware of the power and intelligence of their bodies."
"While it is possible to eventually bring your body back to a state of well-being - its is much easier to maintain a healthy physical balance than to recover it after losing it."
"When you learn to release resistance in the early subtle stages, your physical body must thrive. Thriving is what is natural to you."
Beautiful 👐
Doreen Virtue also speaks of Massage and Bodywork in her book: "Don't Let Anything Dull Your Sparkle"
"Massage therapy lowers your cortisol levels and increases the levels of feel-good dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin."
"Massage significantly reduces depression, anxiety and post-traumatic symptoms, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and improves sleep cycles"

Tarot for the day. my interpretation..
Queen of Swords
A Queen: a lady of power and authority.
She sits with her right side towards us with sword in hand: a symbol of strength, and of intellect.
Our thoughts are our Swords, we create our Empires with our Thoughts -- so, at what ever position you are in your life right now, hold your thoughts in your hand, and know what you thinking! -- Positive affirmations helps us to keep our thoughts on tract, and thus, help create a wonderful outcome to our situations.
The Queen holds up her left hand, she is wearing a Kabbalah bangle.
Kabbalah: "Is an esoteric method, discipline, and school of that that originated in Judaism"
Do your affirmations dear One.
See how the Queen sits with the clouds rising from her feet; I believe this means we are to open our minds, rise above our clouded egos, rise above stormy, negative thoughts.
"If thou canst believe, all things are possible"
Florence Scovel Shinn has amazing affirmations,
her book "The Game of Life and How to Play It" and "Your Word Is Your Wand" explains the workings and power of affirmations; she gives excellent affirmations to work by.
Butterflies represent transformation, and beginning of new life cycle.
Cherubim are angels of love, and found at the entrance of Paradise. The Kingdom of Heaven is the realm of perfect ideas. You are the Kingdom and Heaven is here right now in this present moment.
Love the Universe, Love Your Thoughts, Love Your Empire.

Mind Your Own Business
I want to talk about the need to control in order to feel good. It's stating the obvious that only you can allow yourself to feel good, yet, in a moment, you force a condition to change in order to feel good.
You want a better government, better education, better boss, better friends to do what pleases your ideas, family to understand you... ask yourself dear one, and, it's being asked of you:
"Who do you think you are?"
What is your Ideal? what is your inner most believe of yourself? (the keyword being yourself!)
What do you believe of yourself? have you spoken to yourself lately?
Well, its time you answer yourself, and be mindful of your own business.
We are here to serve other people, we are here to give and give and give, (in contrast to giving, if all humankind just gave and gave and gave, there would be an endless amount of receiving, receiving, receiving).
It is time to stop, breathe and release the absolute need to control others to justify your own glory...
A war-time motto: no guts no glory.
Do you have enough guts to settle the war within your heart and mind?
Do you have the guts to come to the full awareness that you are not a sheepy sheep who needs to be led in a flock?
Do you have the guts to know that you are a co-creator with God, our ever Divine Source of All That Is.
Do you have the guts to practice non-judgmental thoughts and just observe with love that which is around you, and, do you have the guts to look in the mirror and say:
"I love you! I matter, I am a powerful co-creator with God, the essence that is in Me and I am important, therefore, in contrast, it is safe for me to allow others to express themselves as I know they too have their connection with Divine God Source, I believe in my Ideals and I am one with God and All That Is" Giving God the Glory!
Your inner need to suppress others, is a clear indication that you are feeling suppressed by your own Ideas, and looking for a 'power-high' to justify your "ideas" ; to feel good about yourself, simply because you don't know or recognize your Ideal.
Extract from Edgar Cayce's 'Handbook for creating your future'
"Ideas are not the same as Ideals, although it's easy to confuse them. Religion can be a rich source of spiritual ideals, but when zealots force their religion onto others with a "You must believe" attitude, they confuse their religion's ideals with human ideas. One way of understanding the difference between the two is to think of ideas - thoughts, for example - as things. this notion is useful because you can own material things and your ideas are a kind of possession. When you persuade others to accept them, you increase the value of your ideas, the more people you persuade to agree with your ideas, the more power and security you derive from them. Therefore, 'convert or die' has been the battle cry of every religious war in history as well as the motto of every religious zealot.
Ideals, by contrast, are not possessions. You cannot own an ideal - quite the contrary. For an ideal to become effective in your life, you must allow it to own you. for example, you can have very strong ideas about Jesus and work hard to push them onto others, but until you allow forgiveness and tolerance to influence your thoughts, feelings and actions directly, you have not accepted this ideal. By giving yourself to an ideal or value, you allow it to change you."
Sending You a lot of Love
Be You
Thought of the day:
Someone else's fuckedup-ness is your awareness, thank them in love.
