Smile with your Eyes

Often people would tell me, "you smiling but you have so much sadness in your eyes". Yes, I was sad and I was smiling with my lips and allowed my cheek muscles to expose my teeth.

After an Angel Card Message, which guided on FOCUS, I went on my day and decided to smile with my eyes -- a little experiment if you will -- I found that automatically my lips would be turned up at the corners (an automatic smile), my co-workers responded to me in a kind way, unlike before. And the concentration to focus on my smiling eyes brought me into consciousness, being in the NOW, being PRESENT.
It's great!

I seek to align my desires with my goals in life 

If we haven't figured out what we really desire -- we become powerless and confused, we create multiple desires that begin to clash with each other, and unable to summon the energy or the drive to accomplish our goals, thus we don't move forward because we haven't decided which way we are going.
We master the Solar Plexus chakra by sifting through our desires and simplify our life to reflect where we really want to be going, herein with lies our confidence, power and control. The solar plexus gives us the opportunity to express our self-control.
# Do I have any crosscurrents of desires that are keeping my energy tied up in knots? what steps can I take to resolve these conflicting desires and free up my energy?
We have to distinguish at the soul level whether what we want are responding to God's desire for us or a desire that stems from an unhealthy pattern of the past -- take a step back and be honest with yourself:
# Why do I want this new _________?
# Is it a tool to express myself and fulfill my mission, or is it something to adorn my ego?
# Will it help me be more balanced, or will it take me off on a tangent?

I set aside my own desires when necessary to support and serve others.

The greatest gift, is the gift of ourselves. We are given talents and special gifts so that we can share them with others. The more we give, the more we open up the energy flow
